An Invitation Into Presence

These ceremonies are not about fixing yourself or chasing peak experiences. They are about remembering how to be here in your body, in your life, in right relationship with yourself.

I hold grounded, intentional group ceremonies for those seeking clarity, safety, and embodied presence. This work lives at the intersection of ancient practice and modern responsibility conscious, trauma-aware, and deeply human.

Local Group Ceremonies

Monthly · Small Groups · Community-Based

These local South Florida ceremonies are open to the community and offered monthly. They are designed for people who want a grounded, supported way to sit with the medicine — without needing a retreat or long-term commitment.

Many people begin here. Some return regularly. Others feel their relationship with the work deepen over time.

This is communal work — held with care, clear agreements, and respect for each person’s process.

These ceremonies are:

  • Group based and intentionally held

  • Trauma-informed and preparation-focused

  • Rooted in embodiment, safety, and presence

  • Designed to support integration into real life

They are not:

  • Recreational or escapist

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • A substitute for therapy or medical care

  • About chasing visions or outcomes

The medicine is treated as a teacher not a solution.

Ceremony Includes:

• Two ceremonial brews, held with intention
• Sacred Hapé, offered as support (optional)
• Somatic guidance and in-the-moment support
• Nourishing, grounding meals
• A private community chat for connection and support
• A live group integration call following the ceremony

THE DETAILS

The Journey: What To expect

  • The first step is an application.
    This matters.

We use this process to make sure the ceremony is a good fit — medically, emotionally, and energetically. This work is intentional, and safety is foundational.

  • After your application is reviewed, we’ll schedule a discovery call.

On this call we’ll go over:

    • Medical history and contraindications

    • Your intentions

    • The phase of life you’re currently in

    • Any questions or concerns you may have

This is not an interview — it’s a conversation to ensure clarity, readiness, and mutual alignment.

  • Ceremony typically begins around 7:00pm and the formal container closes around 3:00am.

Participants stay overnight in the space, allowing the experience to settle gently rather than ending abruptly. There is no rushing out, no driving, and no pressure to re-enter the world before you’re ready.

    The container is:

    • Safe and grounded

    • Communal, not performative

    • Intention-led, not outcome-driven

We move slowly, with care, music, presence, and clear guidance throughout the night.

You are supported before, during, and after the ceremonial work.

  • Two weeks after the ceremony, we gather for a live group integration call led by our integration specialist.

This is where meaning is made, insights are grounded, and what was experienced begins to find its place in daily life.

  • Ceremony doesn’t end when the night does.

You’ll be welcomed into our community and invited to monthly free integration circles, created to support the ongoing healing and integration process as life continues to unfold.

This is different from many spaces.

    We lead with humility.
    We prioritize safety and responsibility.
People often arrive as strangers — and leave feeling deeply connected, seen, and bonded.

This is communal healing, the way it has always been held.

frequently asked questions

  • What Medicine is used?

I currently work with psilocybin and Acacia, each approached with care, intention, and respect for their distinct lineages and teachings.

Psilocybin is used in some ceremonies as a teacher of presence, insight, and emotional clarity. When held responsibly, it can support people in reconnecting to their inner world, releasing stuck patterns, and seeing their lives with greater honesty and compassion.

Acacia is the primary medicine I work with and feel most devoted to. This is a powerful and ancient plant, traditionally approached with deep reverence. Acacia works in a different way. often more subtle, embodied, and relational inviting people into remembrance, inner stillness, and a direct experience of presence rather than spectacle.

  • What is Acacia? Is it like ayahuasca?

Acacia is an ancient plant with deep historical and ceremonial roots, including associations with Egyptian and other early spiritual traditions.

Some species of Acacia contain naturally occurring compounds also found in other ceremonial plants, which is why it’s sometimes loosely compared to ayahuasca in modern conversations

In this work, Acacia is held as its own medicine — one that often supports remembrance, presence, embodiment, and relational awareness, rather than spectacle or intensity.

The way we work with Acacia is intentional, measured, and grounded, with a strong emphasis on nervous system safety, preparation, and integration.

  • Is this legal and safe?

These ceremonies are held in collaboration with Sacred Free Spirit, a registered non-profit religious organization.

Safety is foundational to this work.

    All participants move through:

    A thorough application process

    Medical and contraindication screening

A discovery call to ensure readiness and alignment
