Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Guided By Michelle for your healing and transformation journey. Below you’ll find the details about refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and transfers for retreats and private sessions.

Retreats

  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days from payment, as they secure accommodations, facilitators, and retreat preparations.

  • No Refunds After 14 Days: After this window, refunds will not be issued for retreats.

  • Date Changes by Me: If I need to change retreat dates due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be provided. Instead, your payment can be transferred to another offering within an 18-month window from the original retreat date. This ensures your investment remains honored while allowing some flexibility.

  • Non-Transferable Spots: Retreat spots are not transferable to other people by default due to an intake process that ensures all attendees are eligible and prepared for the experience.

  • Transfers on a Case-by-Case Basis: That said, I’m committed to supporting attendees and will consider transfer requests individually. If the new attendee completes the intake process and is approved, the transfer can be allowed.

Private Sessions

  • Booking & Payment: To secure your session date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of our intention-setting call. The remaining balance is due within 7 days after that call. Full payment must be completed before your session can take place.

  • Refunds: Once booked, private session fees are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time. Sessions missed without proper notice will be forfeited.

Private Sessions
